Service Description
The Hotel Agents provides a SaaS platform that enables hotels to distribute their property information, pricing, and availability through AI assistants including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
Account Terms
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
- One person or legal entity per account
Subscription and Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- All plans include a 14-day free trial
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading hotel information
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Interfere with the operation of our services
Intellectual Property
The Hotel Agents retains all rights to our platform, technology, and branding. You retain ownership of your hotel content and data.
Limitation of Liability
The Hotel Agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
